Open Windows continues to exist thanks to the dedicated support of donors to whom the Foundation, and especially the children, are hugely grateful and indebted. Jean Uelmen and Teresa Quiñonez created an unusual and memorable way of thanking supporters: a ceramic wall tile.
Everyone who makes a donation of $200 or more has a ceramic wall tile made in their honor with their name on it. These ceramic tiles now cover almost an entire wall of the original room of the library.
